I'm a Senior at N.C. State University majoring in Middle Grades Language Arts and Social Studies, so yes, I'm going to be a middle school teacher! Gasp! Why? Because I love kids and have a deep and thoughtful desire to teach to learn, love, and live life its fullest. God has blessed me immensely by guiding me to become a teacher and giving my own life the love and resources necessary to make my dreams possible. I am forever grateful for Him and my family, friends, and mentors, and I look forward to living a life well worth living!

My interests are, in no particular order: God, family, friends, teaching, playing/watching sports, volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, having fun, making meaning, and recently, law enforcement. That last one is gaining steam and it is exciting!
